Your Role
* Lead a team of skilled professionals to manage and support SAP environments with a particular focus on SAP RISE migrations.
* Oversee seamless integration and optimization of SAP systems, ensuring high performance and stability.
* Plan and execute SAP RISE migration projects, coordinate with cross‐functional teams, provide technical leadership, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead and manage SAP technical projects, including system installations, migrations, and upgrades, and develop comprehensive migration strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Provide hands‐on support for all BASIS tasks—including system copy, client copy, upgrades, and configuration—and manage SAP and non‐SAP connectivity, performance, high availability, and disaster recovery.
* Oversee management and support of SAP landscapes and associated database environments, performing regular maintenance, upgrades, and patching to ensure optimal performance and stability.
* Maintain detailed technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, design specifications, and configuration guides; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, and drive continuous improvement of SAP Basis processes.
Your Profile
* 10+ years of SAP technical experience, including Basis leadership roles across complex landscapes.
* Proven experience delivering RISE with SAP programs and large‐scale S/4HANA transformations.
* Understanding of SAP BTP, Single Sign‐On, and integration between cloud and on‐premise systems.
* Deep experience designing and running SAP systems on AWS (or similar hyperscale environments).
* Demonstrated ability to lead multi‐disciplinary teams in a consulting or large‐program environment.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
* Experience presenting to Design Boards, Architecture Forums, and Steering Committees.
* Ability to produce high‐quality technical documentation and solution designs.
Desirable Certifications
* RISE with SAP (PCE) certification - highly regarded.
* AWS Solutions Architect certification - desirable.
* SAP Basis, SAP BTP, or hyperscaler cloud certifications.
