About the Role – Spray Painter
We're seeking an experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join our Acacia Ridge workshop on a full-time basis.
You'll be responsible for delivering consistent colour matching and high-quality finishes in a busy, structured production environment.
Key Duties:
Spray painting vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards
Colour matching and blending
Maintaining paint booth cleanliness and WHS compliance
Working to productivity and efficiency targets
Skills & Experience
Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing (or equivalent)
3+ years' experience as an Automotive Spray Painter
Strong knowledge of paint systems (waterborne/solvent-based)
Experience in collision repair or panel shop environment
You'll stand out if you:
Deliver consistent, high-quality finishes
Have strong attention to detail
Thrive in a team-based, high-volume workshop
Are open to ongoing training (I-CAR or similar)
