Do you pride yourself on being a reliable, driven and self-motivated individual? Then we want YOU to join our Customer Service team based in our Contact Centre at Sutherland on a Permanent Full-Time basis
Position is available on an 8-hour shift Monday to Friday, and Saturdays on rotation as overtime.
Responsibilities
* Receive orders and enter them into our systems in a precise and agile manner (with training provided)
* Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network
* Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery status information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems
* Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications
* Punctual, professional and reliable team members that look forward to joining your peers in the office - 5 days per week.
* Enthusiasm and customer focused individuals that are willing to be an integral part of a busy contact centre team
* Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders
* Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while ensuring customers are provided exceptional customer service
* Computer literacy
