Role Summary
You have a strong understanding of person‐centred care, excellent knowledge of continuous improvement principles, and demonstrated understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
We are offering a temporary fixed‐term (12 months) Quality, Care and Compliance Advisor to join our Quality, Care and Compliance Support Services team.
Responsibilities
* Support the Telstra Health project, including providing education to regional services.
* Assist with the development of care plans for the business.
* Provide support and guidance to managers of our residential sites in these areas as required.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Experience with person‐centred care and continuous improvement principles.
