DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Offer forward-thinking business advice, including plans and forecastsAnalyse management reports for financial insightsAssist in budgeting and address cash flow issuesProvide strategies to improve financial performanceGuide in business structure selection and registrationSupport in starting new businesses and ensure complianceManage corporate compliance and legal changesEmpower clients to run their businesses confidently
EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Holds a degree and either completed or nearly completed CA/CPA qualificationsHas at least 3 years business advisory experience in an Australian accounting firmDemonstrated proficiency in tax compliance tasksFamiliarity with Xero and Xero Practice Manager is advantageousExhibits precision, quality, and efficiency in workPossesses keen attention to detail and effective organizational abilitiesDemonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite
