In this role, you will work with colleagues, clients, and partners to make a meaningful impact. We are seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst to support and enhance GHD's payroll systems and processes, with a focus on compliance with Australian legislation and industry best practices.
This position ensures data integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across payroll operations, primarily using ADP GlobalView (GV).
Responsibilities
* Maintain and support ADP GlobalView (GV) payroll system functionality, updates, and integrations.
* Ensure legislative compliance across payroll processes and reporting obligations.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Monitor internal controls, conduct audits, and mitigate compliance risks.
* Provide system-related support and guidance to the payroll team.
* Train team members on new systems and processes.
* Develop and maintain payroll process documentation and policies.
* Analyse payroll data and produce accurate reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in payroll systems or compliance-related roles.
* Strong working knowledge of ADP GlobalView (GV).
* Deep understanding of Australian payroll legislation (Fair Work, Superannuation, PAYG, etc.).
* Experience in process improvement and system implementation.
* High attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience with SAP Payroll is highly regarded.
