About the job: ServiceNow Consultant/Developer
Job Description:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in ITSM and at least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow.
* Responsible for ServiceNow platform administration, development, documentation, and technical support.
* Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, including managing platform security, configuring SLAs, developing workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items, domain separation, and updating existing solutions.
* Designing, configuring, and rolling out new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests.
* Troubleshooting errors in ServiceNow configurations.
* Loading, manipulating, and maintaining data within ServiceNow and other systems.
* Supporting deployment into QA and production environments.
* Performing system and integration testing.
* Demonstrating a strong commitment to quality work, adhering to standards, and continuous improvement.
