We are seeking a Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Calliope. As a Senior Educator, you will lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

You will be responsible for taking charge of your own room and ensuring that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children. You will also have the opportunity to shape children's lives during their crucial developmental years and lead a team to achieve better outcomes for the future.

Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
