Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with operational leaders to deliver strategic and hands-on HR support. You'll help shape workforce planning, drive engagement, and support leaders in building high-performing teams.
* Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals
* Provide coaching and support on performance, development, and employee relations
* Lead workforce planning and talent initiatives across key business units
* Support change management and organisational development projects
* Analyse HR data and trends to inform decision-makingli>
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
* Collaborate with the broader HR team on projects and continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for a confident, solutions-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.
You'll bring:
* Proven experience in a generalist or business partnering HR role
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR practices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with unions negotiation and strong ER case management
* Ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the business
* A proactive mindset and a passion for people and culture
* Available to work 5 days at the office (based on Port-Melbourne)
