Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of the food & beverage outlets.
* Lead and supervise team members to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

* Maintain compliance with alcohol service guidelines and company policies.
* Contribute to event planning and execution for dining and events as required.
Qualifications
* Experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role or equivalent
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
