Food and Beverage Leadership Opportunity
The role of Food and Beverage Team Leader plays a vital part in ensuring seamless operations, delivering exceptional service experiences to guests, and upholding premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily activities of the Food and Beverage team to optimize performance and efficiency.
* Maintain high-quality service across all F&B areas through diligent monitoring and feedback loops.
* Lead by example, motivate, and coordinate the team to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations.
* Provide regular updates and key information to senior management within the Food and Beverage department.
* Address any concerns or special requests from guests promptly, fostering an environment of open communication.
* Develop and conduct training programs for the team to align with industry best practices and our premium brand standards.
* Collaborate closely with the culinary team to support menu implementation, execution, and quality control.
* Monitor rosters and staffing schedules to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
Requirements and Skills:
* A minimum of two years' experience in Food and Beverage, preferably within a premium hospitality setting.
* Passion for delivering exceptional service experiences that meet and exceed guest expectations.
