Overview

Build your career and Australia's future. As a Customer Enquiries Team Leader at nbn, you will be the face of the organisation, representing the first point of reference for external contact and supporting end users across the entire customer journey.

Role Summary

Report to the Executive Manager Customer Service and lead a high‐volume call centre team within the telecommunications or IT industry. Develop and coach staff to maintain a continuous improvement culture while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a high‐volume call centre environment.
  • Strong coaching and people‐management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi‐task, negotiate, problem‐solve and make decisions under pressure.

Employment Type

Permanent, Full Time
