Position Title: Mental Health Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse)
Location: Bunbury
Employment Type: Part Time 0.8 FTE (30 hours a week)

Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and values-driven Clinical Lead to join our Mental Health team for the Souhwest based in Bunbury.
The Clinical Lead oversees clinical governance operationally within the Mental Health programs’ service delivery for the South West. The role provides leadership to team members and advice on matters impacting quality and safety, to ensure person-centred and trauma informed care is delivered.
The role has direct clinical and quality oversight of referral, triage and program delivery functions inclusive of safety plan, risk assessments and recovery plans.
Key Components of the Role
- Provide team support and clinical supervision, inclusive of clinical review of client intake and discharge processes.
- Support the Program Manager with program management, reporting and budget monitoring.
- Provide key leadership within their program and provide appropriate support to team members as required.
- Provide clinical leadership and advice within Oseca on matters impacting quality and safety in their area of practice.
- Oversee risk assessment, trauma informed care and support peer workers.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and inter-agencies.
- Effectively manage competing priorities to achieve program outcomes.
- Manage workloads to ensure required service-related deliverables are achieved.
- Assist the Program Manager with program reporting requirements.

- Ability to manage complex stakeholder needs and develop practical solutions.
- Accurate reporting, documentation, and evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork within multidisciplinary environments.
Essential Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Clinical Mental health role
- Full registration with AHPRA or another relevant qualified body
- Pre-Employment Health Assessment
- A valid WA driver’s licence
- A valid and clear police check
- A Working with Children Check (WWC)
