We are looking for a skilled and charismatic professional to join our team as a Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent. This exciting role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering outstanding hospitality from start to finish, making every guest feel valued and appreciated
* Building strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect
* Handling late-night inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring our guests' stay is nothing short of perfect
* Working closely with security to maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff
* Sharing your knowledge of local attractions and hidden gems with our guests, enhancing their overall experience
* Managing the reception desk and conducting accurate night audits, ensuring all reports are up to date and thorough
* Demonstrating proficiency in handling reservations and managing guest accounts with ease

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests
* The ability to work effectively under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
* Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or a similar role, with a proven track record of success
* A flexible approach to working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
