You will be responsible for coaching effective selling and customer service skills to our store team members.
The ideal candidate will have previous optical or retail managerial level work experience, with 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager (or similar) or higher management position.
They will also be able to demonstrate experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws.
