In this key role, you will: Drive statewide initiatives and reforms that strengthen our health system and improve health outcomes for communities across the state by improving medication safety, quality use of medicines, and pharmacy practice. Lead transformative statewide pharmacy projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistent, successful delivery across a diverse project portfolio, with a current focus on advancing and expanding pharmacist scope of practice. Shape the future of pharmacy services working with a dynamic team in the Office of the Chief Pharmacist in planning and delivering high-impact strategic projects that align with state priorities and contribute to national policy on complex and sensitive issues. Provide policy advice, offering high-quality analysis and recommendations to the Chief Pharmacist, Chief Executive, Minister, and other senior leaders on critical medicine and pharmacy matters. Champion excellence in analysis and decision-making, ensuring rigorous, evidence-based insights underpin all work undertaken by the Office of the Chief Pharmacist.
