**Where you'll be working**
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) delivers high-quality, accessible healthcare across diverse communities. This role will be based across both Granville and Cumberland sites, with Granville hosting the dedicated GART team in a well-located, commuter-friendly site.

**What you'll be doing**
Granville Assertive Response Team (GART) is part of Western Sydney Local Health District, offering innovative mental health services to a culturally diverse population. Based at GART and Cumberland Hospital, the team provides recovery-focused, person-centred care to people with complex needs.
- Work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team
- Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions
- Engage with diverse communities and key stakeholders
- Collaborate across services to support recovery goals
- Located in Granville and Cumberland, Mon-Fri, 8:30-5:00
**How to Apply**
**Essential Requirements**:
- Qualification: Degree in Social Work
- Registration: Eligibility for membership in AASW
**Selection Criteria**:
- Demonstrated skills and relevant clinical experience in providing comprehensive Social Work assessment and support to consumers with chronic mental health issues and complex psychosocial needs.
- Demonstrated skills in the provision of therapeutic interventions based on evidence based practice for clients with mental health and psychosocial needs.
- Understanding of Mental Health Act 2007 and other relevant legislations.
- Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a multidisciplinary team and prioritise a busy caseload.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional education and quality improvement.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence (P2 acceptable) and willing to use it for work purpose
