About the Opportunity
As a Casual Learn to Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and safe swimming lessons in a fun and engaging manner.
* You will work independently with small groups of children and/or adults to provide learn-to-swim tuition based on established guidelines while ensuring the safety of participants.
* Maintain a high level of customer service at all times by providing a positive experience for our clients.
* Organize all necessary equipment needed for lessons and set up/pack up when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver effective swimming lessons to students of varying skill levels.
* Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a seamless experience.
