A well-established and respected Allied Health organisation is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their growing team in Nowra. About the Role:
This role offers flexibility with the opportunity to work full-time or part-time, in a hybrid setting that includes clinic, community, and work-from-home options. The caseload can be tailored to your interests, including assessments or therapy across Adult and/or Paediatric clients.
Key services provided include:
- Functional and ADL assessments with recommendations
- Assistive Technology assessments (for simple to complex needs)
- Fine and gross motor therapy sessions
- Housing assessments (SIL, SDA, ILO)
- 1:1 therapy – evidence-based and goal-oriented interventions
- 24-hour positioning and seating assessments
- Adult therapy (individual and/or group-based)
- Manual handling assessments and training
- Developmental milestone assessments for early childhood and school-aged children
- Sensory processing assessments and interventions
- Emotional regulation and behavioural strategies (delivered in homes, clinics, or schools)
- Dedicated assessment & reporting caseloads available
- Remote report writing flexibility
What We’re Looking For:
This position is ideal for someone who is clinically driven, passionate about person-centred care, and eager to develop professionally within a supportive and structured environment.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 1 year NDIS experience (required)
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
- Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
