Front Desk Receptionist, do you have the presentation and customer service skills to be the face of our company?
We have an opportunity for a skilled Receptionist to join a team on a full time (Monday to Friday) basis.
Integral to this position will be managing the communication flow between our customers, suppliers and employees. The ideal person will have a natural ability to engage with people with a smile, consistently providing a friendly, helpful and qualified experience to all contact points. Administration and processing functions are also part of this role and multitasking will be regular.
Key Requirements
* Previous reception/administration experience in a similar skilled setting.
* Superior telephone communications and customer service skills.
* Ability to pick up electronic and manual administrative systems quickly.
* Excellent telephone systems skills.
* Skilled presentation.
* Exposure to VicRoads registration processes and ERA/Reynolds software systems is advantageous.
We require a person who is dedicated and reliable, with remuneration negotiable based on experience and the value you can bring to this position.
