Our client is a leading advisory, change, and restructuring consulting firm, trusted by top-tier organisations to provide pragmatic solutions to complex business challenges. They have an immediate need for a proactive Personal Assistant to support their busy deals team. This role will be project-focused, assisting four Partners. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level diary and email management for four Partners. Confidently manage calendars, emails, and communications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Use Outlook and CRM systems to update contacts, schedule meetings, track business development initiatives, and maintain the CRM database. Support business development activities and assist with timesheets, travel bookings, and expense management. Prepare and format reports, presentations, emails, memos, agendas, and minutes. Coordinate domestic and international travel for Partners and their teams. Utilise SAP (or similar systems) to raise bills, enter invoices, follow up debtors, run reports, process expenses, and complete weekly timesheets. Coordinate events, meetings, catering, and conference calls. Provide back-up support to the Office Administration Manager, Admin team, and Reception as required. About You Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in professional services or a similarly dynamic environment. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing demands confidently and independently. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with SharePoint is a strong advantage. Experience with SAP or other accounting-related software is desirable but not essential. A proactive, “can do” attitude with the confidence to take ownership and get stuck in. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for formatting and document accuracy.
