THE ROLE
Reporting to the Wellness & Hygiene Manager, this role is key to maintaining the day-to-day presentation and overall aesthetic of our beautiful Scape assets in Brisbane. You'll ensure our spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
Housekeeper duties include:
* Daily cleaning of public areas in common rooms, lounges, theatre, outdoor terraces, gym and laundry
* Room cleaning for resident requests as required
* Being fully aware with health and safety obligations
Room Attendant duties include:
* Monthly cleaning of common spaces in resident's apartments
* Hours of work will generally be Mon – Fri starting 9am, with some occasional weekend work as required
* Being fully aware with health and safety obligations
Please note: Hours of work will generally be Mon – Fri starting between 6am and 7am, with some occasional weekend work as required
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are seeking enthusiastic self-starters with the following skills and experience:
* High attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise and multitask
* Can work in team or individual setting
* Ability to work with and relate to young adults while also maintaining professional and cultural sensitivity and boundaries
* 1-2 years' experience as a public area cleaner in a large commercial environment or room attendant in a 4 – 5 star hotel environment
Please note: The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
