About the Company:

About the Role:
As a member of the facilities team, this role will report to the Facilities Manager, ensuring all operational standards are met in accordance with standards set by the organisation.
The Responsibilities:
Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including operators, colleagues, and tenants
Assist in managing asset fixtures, plant & equipment, including performance, repair, maintenance, presentation & cleanliness
Manage the contracts, obligations/KPI's of the cleaning & security teams
Identify maintenance requirements & coordinate task completion with contractors
Monitor & report any hazards
Report any maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager
Maintain logs & registers
About You:
Previous experience in Facilities Management
Forward-thinking & creative
Ability to assist in management of risk to staff tenants, customers & contractors
Up to date in industry best practices and WHS legislation
Able to work under pressure and remain level-headed
Proven ability in meeting tight deadlines
A personable approach to developing relationships
