As a Healthcare Consulting Graduate at FTI, you will be part of our Healthcare and Human Services practice. Our team helps Governments, healthcare providers and funders with their most important challenges and opportunities. What a Typical Day Will Look Like
As a key member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of innovative projects that are transforming the health and human services sector. You will collaborate with FTI's top industry experts to deliver impactful solutions that improve lives and shape the future of healthcare. From day one, you'll have the opportunity to influence change, tackle complex challenges, and directly contribute to projects that are making a real difference.
Day to day will include:

* Working on the trade-on and sale of distressed entities
* Helping with the preparation of and attending creditors' meetings
* Assisting with conducting investigations into the demise of companies and compiling reports to ASIC and creditors as to the affairs of companies
* Liaising with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, suppliers, customers and lenders
* Financial modelling to be used in reports such as financial due diligence and business reviews
* Working to optimise working capital to release additional cash in companies
* Assisting in business transformation strategies of the client, including business process and reporting improvements

What Will Help You To Become Our Graduate
* A Health, Business, Engineering or a related degree.
* A strong interest and passion for the Health industry.
* Soft skills, such as empathy and respect: the ability to understand and recognise clients' needs and work well with our people.
* Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
* Good lateral thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
* Some work or internship experience.
* This role will require travel to client and FTI offices.
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
