About the role As the Hotel Manager for the Cambridge Hotel Parkes, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day hotel operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Working in a full-time capacity, this role is based in Parkes, NSW 2870.
What you'll be doing:
· Lead, manage, and develop a team of hospitality professionals
· Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and more
· Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel
· Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
· Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to attract new guests
· Liaise with owners and other stakeholders to achieve hotel objectives
· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and brand standards
What we're looking for
· Minimum 12 months experience in a hotel management role
· Associate degree, advanced Diploma or Diploma is highly required
· If qualification is not presented, you need to have three years work experience.
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
· Sound financial management skills and commercial acumen
· Thorough understanding of hotel operations and industry best practices
· Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
