We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in the Illawarra area.

Our offices enable us to efficiently deliver commercial projects and a wide range of commercial maintenance services across the Shoalhaven, Illawarra, Eurobodalla, and Southern Highlands regions.
Key Responsibilities
* To perform carpentry tasks, including scheduled and corrective maintenance, and minor project works.
* To use a mobile maintenance management system to receive, action, track, and close out work orders.
* To identify when additional trades are required (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and coordinate onsite activities to ensure timely and efficient completion of works.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably within commercial building maintenance environments.
* Completion of a recognised carpentry apprenticeship or relevant trade qualification.
* Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess maintenance issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple maintenance requests while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain professional working relationships with clients, tenants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
* High level of customer service with a professional and courteous approach in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
* Ability to follow instructions, act with discretion, and maintain confidentiality where required.
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
* Capable of working independently across multiple sites or as part of a broader maintenance team.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and completing required works.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
