Oji Fibre Solutions, part of the rapidly expanding Oji Group - a global manufacturer of innovative packaging solutions, currently requires a passionate and experienced Account Manager to join the NSW team. Our Lansvale plant manufactures corrugated cardboard boxes which play an important part in the presentation, protection, and transportation of customer products in the Horticulture, Meat, Industrial, FMCG and Paper Products segments.
Reporting directly to the State Sales Manager - NSW, you will be responsible for actively promoting the Oji Fibre Solutions brand and value proposition as being the preferred customer choice. This will be achieved by providing superior service and innovative solutions to our customers, predominately within Industrial, FMCG, protein and horticulture industries. You will also be driven to grow your portfolio and win new business in the competitive SME space, contributing to the sales strategy for the business.

have proven experience in managing key customer accounts
ability to find and close new business opportunities
ability to establish and build long term relationships (business to business)
thrive on working both independently and in a team
be persistent, driven for results and passionate for success
Add value to our customers and optimise SOW, Margin, and ensure supply agreements/contracts are secured and maintained
We are seeking someone with a proven sales approach accompanied with excellent organisational and communication skills. A background in manufacturing / packaging will be highly regarded but is not essential. A fully maintained company vehicle will be provided to the successful applicant.
