Our highly respected large Melbourne based law firm client is seeking a talented Workplace Relations / Employment Lawyer to join a well-established practice. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse mix of matters, with clients ranging from SMEs to larger corporates, and to make a genuine impact in the employment law space.
About the Role
Advise on all aspects of workplace relations and employment law, including contracts, policies, disputes, and compliance.
Act for employers across a broad range of industries.
Handle matters involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, enterprise bargaining, and workplace investigations.
Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers who value knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
About You
4 years' plus post-admission experience in workplace relations / employment law.
Strong technical skills with a practical, solutions focused approach.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
