Job Title: Financial Transaction Coordinator


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional administrative support.



Responsibilities:

* Process and verify supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
* Manage customer accounts, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues
* Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as needed



Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in administration and accounts functions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
