As a Relationship Executive, you’ll partner with established commercial and corporate clients, leveraging your experience or exposure to property and construction finance to help businesses invest, expand and build sustainably.
Backed by a highly skilled analyst and account management team, and supported by market‑leading systems, you’ll spend less time on admin and more time where it matters most — with your clients.

Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team is committed to strengthening the financial wellbeing of businesses and communities across Australia. We put customers at the heart of everything we do — and we genuinely care about the regions we serve.
In this role, you’ll manage a select and high-quality commercial portfolio with credit facilities typically ranging from $5M–$50M, with strong opportunity for growth. This opportunity is a direct result of internal mobility and reflects continued investment and confidence in the Coffs Harbour and broader North Coast region.
You’ll be supported by experienced Analysts, Account Managers and fellow Relationship Executives who value collaboration, flexibility and shared success. Work from our Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie office, client sites or remotely — we’ll support flexible working that fits your life, not the other way around.
What you’ll do
* Build deep, trusted relationships with commercial clients and gain a strong understanding of their businesses
* Retain and grow an established client portfolio while identifying new opportunities
* Collaborate with product and risk specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions
* Lead deal strategy, structuring and negotiations
Own proactive risk management while supporting long-term client growth

* Are passionate about building strong, customer‑centric relationships
* Bring commercial banking experience, with experience or exposure to property and construction finance
* Have strong commercial acumen and a track record of managing or growing customer portfolios
* Enjoy business development across diverse customer sectors
* Have a growth mindset and are keen to continue developing your financial expertise
* Are resilient, tenacious and proactive
Hold tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance or a related discipline (advantageous)
