Unity Training Services is seeking an experienced Trainer to deliver training on a range of Work Health and Safety (WHS) training courses on a casual contract basis commencing March 2026.
Unity Training Services has been providing a range of WHS Health Safety Representative (HSR) courses in WA since 1998 and has grown to become one of the largest providers of HSR training.
Essential competencies required are as follows:
§ Formal qualifications in Work Health and Safety (Certificate IV WHS minimum/Diploma or Degree preferable);
§ Certificate IV TAE Training and Assessment;
§ Experience in the delivery of WA and Commonwealth WHS HSR courses;
§ Extensive working knowledge of the following legislation:
§ Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act 2020 & Regulations 2022,
§ Commonwealth WHS Act and Regulations 2011
§ Australian Standards, State and Commonwealth Codes of Practice and Guidance Notes.
§ Working Knowledge of current work health and safety issues;
§ Excellent communication, written, verbal and interpersonal skills;
§ Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team;
§ Flexible working schedule.
