* TAE40112, TAE40116 or TAE40110
* Current Dangerous Goods Security License
* Current WA Surface shotfirers License
Statement of Attainment including the following units of competency:
* RIIBLA205D - Store, handle and transport explosives
* RIIBLA301D - Conduct surface shotfiring operations
* RIIBLA305D - Conduct secondary blasting
