Job Description
This role involves working with individuals, families and businesses to provide financial guidance and support. We are seeking someone who is able to build strong relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex financial information and provide recommendations. Some experience in accounting or sales lead software would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit individual client profiles
* Listen to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options
* Implement sales strategies and tactics to maintain and grow existing customer portfolios
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication, customer service, analytical and interpersonal skills are necessary
* Some experience with finance or sales lead software is beneficial
* Phone skills
* Willingness to prospect and meet new people

Average Compensation Range
* Year 1: $65,000-$140,000
* Year 3: $109,000-$205,000
* Year 5: $132,000-$287,000
* Year 10: $239,000-$500,000
Compensation method includes commission, training allowance, expense allowance, AUM fees, renewals/trails, bonuses, and more.
