What You'll Do
* Responsible for all math model calculations for assigned games, including return to player percentages, hit frequencies, standard deviations, and other metrics as appropriate.
* Verify and analyze math models using programming tools.
* Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions.
* Collaborate with other Game Designers and Mathematicians on new ideas, game reviews, and improvements to games in production.
* Peer review other Game Designer and Mathematicians' math models and documentation.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a strong mathematical component.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Programming skills desirable (C++ preferred).
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
