Full time, fixed term role (for 6 months) with some hybrid flexibility at Melbourne or North Sydney campus.
Responsibilities Provide contemporary talent attraction and process advice, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
Operate within a small Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Partner, providing specialist advice and support to hiring managers in managing talent attraction, sourcing and assessment processes in accordance with university policy and contemporary practice.
Work closely with clients to understand business requirements aligned to strategy and the university's workforce profile, identify talent pipelines, sourcing and advertising strategies, and create engaging communications to attract strong candidates for a Mission-based educational environment.
Demonstrate ability to adapt and develop strategically aligned recruitment solutions and outcomes; prior experience recruiting in corporate services including IT, Finance, HR and Marketing is highly regarded.
Qualifications Experience in recruitment within corporate services (IT, Finance, HR, Marketing) is highly regarded.
Ability to develop strategic recruitment solutions aligned with organisational goals.

Total remuneration valued to $138,111 - $154,383 total rem (pro rata) per annum, including salary component $116,706 - $130,478 (pro rata) per annum (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on commencement date.
