Welcome to your new opportunity, We are seeking a Venue General Manager with polish, poise and professionalism, backed by seasoned experience in running a high end, premium dining establishment. Key Responsibilities, Lead, mentor, and coach the Assistant Manager, Supervisors, and Bar Manager to deliver outstanding day-to-day operations Drive a professional, inclusive, and positive workplace culture that fosters teamwork, accountability, and engagement Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development programs to maintain a highly skilled, brand-aligned team Collaborate with the Executive Chef and department leads to ensure seamless communication between kitchen and FOH Maintain overall responsibility for service quality, venue presentation, and curate an exceptional guest experience Manage venue budgets, cost control, and profit margins across both venues Analyse sales, labour, and cost reports; set and monitor KPIs for revenue growth, average spend per head, and wastage Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and private events Ensure all licensing, RSA, WHS, and Food Safety regulations are adhered to at all times About You, because the best requires the best, Minimum of five years experience in senior hospitality management roles Proven record in leading large, diverse teams within premium dining environments Strong financial acumen in budgeting, labour control, and profit management Excellent working knowledge of compliance, WHS, Food Safety, and liquor licensing Proficient in venue management platforms Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and RMVL (or willingness to obtain) Full working rights, we apologise in advance however this Employer cannot offer sponsorship On Offer Salary of $110,000 - $120,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with and yet negotiable, subject to experience Collaborative and professional environment where you will be part of the Senior Leadership team A high-impact role at a multi-award winning, premium dining establishment Possible relocation allowance Enter a world where luxury is everything and take your career to the next level, Contact Daniel Jensen 0401 238 901 daniel@voyagerrecruitment.com.au www.voyagerrecruitment.com.au
