This Customer Service Agent role involves driving Coles vans to deliver customer orders to homes during the day or night. Responsibilities include safely navigating neighborhoods, picking and packing orders for delivery, and ensuring high standards of service.
About You and Your Skills
* Commitment to providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
* Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and a safe driving record
* Confidence to drive safely in busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas
* Ability to be active, as required to lift and carry groceries from the van to delivery points
* Availability to work flexible hours across store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
