Remuneration: $75,176.80 – $76,897.65 p.a. + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time to July 2026.
Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 4.
Hours Per Week: 38hrs/week.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‑level secretarial and administrative support to the required departments to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
* Work closely with the waitlist team to schedule patients for theatre, coordinate rostering to ensure theatres are appropriately staffed, and arrange all required anaesthetic support.
* Adapt to changing priorities to maintain efficient service delivery and ensure high‑quality patient care is consistently supported.
Your Key Skills
* Strong people skills – build trust and rapport to provide excellent service.
* Strong organisational and time‑management ability; confident taking initiative to solve problems.
* Experience in rostering and waitlist coordination (highly valued).
