Key Responsibilities:
* Assess client needs and develop comprehensive behaviour support plans that cater to their unique requirements.
* Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and work closely with families, schools, and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
* Support individuals and families to implement strategies that enhance coping, emotional wellbeing, and quality of life through regular guidance and feedback.
* Manage a caseload efficiently and maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with established standards.
* Continuously evaluate and adapt supports in response to changing client needs, ensuring the highest level of care at all times.
* Engage regularly with supervision and participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices and industry developments.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in behaviour support and working with neurodiverse populations.
* Proven ability to develop and implement effective behaviour support plans.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
