We are seeking dedicated and reliable Support Workers to work across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in Rockhampton and Yeppoon.
You will support NDIS participants to live as independently as possible while promoting choice, dignity, and community inclusion.
Your Role Will Include:
* Assisting with daily living and personal support
* Supporting participants to access the community
* Encouraging independence and skill development
* Accurate shift notes and reporting
Available Shifts:
* Sleepover shifts
* Day & afternoon shifts
* Community access shifts
* Weekday and weekend availability
Essential Requirements:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate
* National Police Check
* Current Driver's Licence
* Own vehicle with current registration
Desirable (Not Essential):
* Previous SIL or disability support experience
* Medication administration experience
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
