Cloud Business Development Lead
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Business Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new strategic customers and nurturing existing relationships with our Tier 1 clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 strategic customers
* Identify, target, and win new strategic customers
* Hunt for new prospects and business development leads to build a pipeline of new business
* Sell solutions into new prospect accounts within the Cloud / Voice / Data including WAN optimisation / Mobile and convergence Lines of Business by working with the SMEs, Solution Architects, and Head of Sales on a qualified opportunity
* Build multi-level relationships across strategic accounts, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring outstanding customer outcomes
* Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within accounts to drive revenue growth
* Work with internal stakeholders, including Solution Architects and SMEs, to design and deliver comprehensive solutions for customers
* Achieve and exceed target revenue per month
* Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system, ensuring forecasting accuracy and seamless reporting
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in sales or account management, specialising in telecommunications or cloud services
* High-performer with a track record of exceptional sales results
* Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities, with the capability to develop relationships at all levels, including C-suite
* Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or TAS, and a solid understanding of technical solutions like IP Networks, Mobile, Voice, and Cloud
* Proactive and results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment
* Understanding of telecommunications environments and its technical challenges
