Join our team as a Pre-Sales Consultant.
Use your skills to develop and present customised solutions for our customers.
Drive and manage the pre-sales process with direct and channel customers, articulating our technology and product portfolio to both business and technical users.
Provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process, identifying customer requirements, designing solutions, consulting with technical teams, and supporting sales teams, account managers, and partners on proposals. Reporting to the National Pre-Sales Manager in the Digital Services Business Unit, you will lead and contribute to the development of solutions, proposals, tenders, and contracts.
Work with Sales Team members and Account Managers to qualify and scope opportunities, provide leadership and guidance across stakeholders, architect solutions based on customer sessions, and create business and technical documentation.
Write tenders and RFPs, develop technology roadmaps for Managed Services customers, and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs). Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure strong account planning and strategies, deliver presentations to client executives, and develop key client relationships to drive new sales and growth in Managed Services and Professional Services.

Your Background May Include
* Tertiary Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* At least 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role within a managed service provider
* Strong technical knowledge of IT services and solutions

Security Clearance Requirements
As our clients are primarily government, you will need to be an Australian Citizen and have an active Baseline AGSVA security clearance or at least the ability and willingness to obtain and hold one.
