In the role of Advisor Support / Desk Assistant, you will join the Wealth Management that’s doubling down on winning together!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
* Deliver high-level admin support and respond efficiently to client queries
* Maintain client accounts and manage compliance documentation
* Manage Salesforce updates, reporting, and event coordination
* Assist in preparing financial advice documents and marketing collateral
* Contribute to IPO applications, portfolio reviews, and pitch materials
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
* Experience in a professional services or client-facing environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* A general interest in and understanding of financial markets
