About the Role
You will work closely with the team, assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
* Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
* Filing and maintaining case records
* Liaising with clients in a professional and empathic manner
* Assisting with billing and general administrative tasks
About You
* Previous experience as a Legal Assistant within Family Law
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in practice management software and eCourts portal
