IT Support Specialist Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide front-line services to end-users on software and hardware related problems across our global user base. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely, accurate and appropriate responses to customer queries, investigating and resolving application or data issues using a variety of tools and resources, ensuring backup and recovery strategies are in place across all environments, and evaluating alternative risks and solutions before acting to provide timely resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2-3 years industry experience working in a Help Desk or similar environment.
* Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, Windows Server.
* Experience in an Active Directory, Intune, Entra and Azure AD environment and basic network troubleshooting.
