We are currently in search of a Level 2 Full Time Food & Beverage Attendant who will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver efficient and courteous service to Members and guests
Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including tap beer
Ensure cleanliness and presentation of all service areas to uphold our standards
Manage cash transactions and utilize the Club's account system
Maintain stock levels by replenishing shelves, fridges, and bar counters
Fulfill other duties as instructed by your Supervisor
To excel in this role, you will possess:
Prior experience in the hospitality industry
Minimum of 1+ years of hospitality experience is required
Proficiency in barista and bartending skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Impeccable grooming and presentation standards
Knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS) and hygiene protocols
A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
