This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality lifestyle programs and services to residents. * Manage and coordinate lifestyle programs, events, and activities that promote social interaction, wellness, and engagement among residents. * Lead a team of staff members in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the needs of residents are met with compassion, care, and respect. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Aged care experience preferably in a senior role with strong leadership skills. 2. Certification in Leisure or Lifestyle Management (Cert IV) or equivalent qualifications would be highly regarded 1.
