Location: ACT Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extensions Security Clearance Requirement: Must hold and maintain TSPV Closing Date: 10am Thursday 26 February **** Essential Tasks: Deliver end-to-end change strategies across one or more technology initiatives Run stakeholder analysis, change impact and business readiness assessments Develop and execute change and communications plans to drive awareness and buy-in Partner with training/L D to uplift capability and support benefits realisation Key Criteria: 5+ years' organisational change experience in complex, technology-driven environments Proven use of structured change methods (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR ) Strong stakeholder engagement skills, influencing at all levels Excellent written and verbal communication; able to craft clear change messaging How to Apply Does this role sound perfect for you?
