Overview
Buildcorp is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a $50 million project in Queensland, Australia. This role requires at least 8 years of experience in commercial construction, with 3 years as the lead PM on large-scale projects. You will manage a dedicated team and be the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Lead a project team and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on a $50 million commercial construction project.
* Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to achieve project objectives.
* Coordinate with design teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Qualifications
* Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial construction.
* 3 years as the lead Project Manager on large-scale projects.
* Bachelor in Construction Management.
* Solid head contract literacy.
