Job Description:
SME Banking Professional
Support SME Banking growth through strategic initiatives, including financial institutions with digital lending platforms, eCommerce operators, government departments, and Fin-tech companies.
Develop and implement SME Banking segment strategies by region and/or industry. Enhance customer value propositions through market research and develop appropriate strategies to win. Coordinate teams to implement GBA/YRD initiatives supporting the bank strategy.
Develop segment dashboards to track customer base structure and NTB healthiness. Execute client segment strategies and campaign delivery. Communicate with SME Banking clients on sales kits, CVPs, and market research.
Leverage analytics to determine segment strategies, relationship effectiveness, and performance management models. Assist in delivering strategic key agendas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support high-quality development needs of SME segments.
* Extend coverage of financial services for SMEs, uplift comprehensive capabilities, and provide one-bank solutions for life cycle growth.
* Assist line managers in developing and executing segmentation strategies, refining SME BANKING Segment CVPs, and implementing segment-related marketing events.
* Manage external customer communications, coordinate stakeholders, and achieve expected delivery.
* Establish structured frontline sales and service models to ensure CVP delivery.
Accountabilities:
* Ensure effective operations without sacrificing control or service quality.
* Look at opportunities for process improvements, work with Compliance, and adhere to regulations particularly relating to SME Banking segment and Alliance Management.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including SME Banking Product, Frontline, BMO, Marketing, Network corridors, GBA, YRD, Compliance, Legal, S&T, MO, BRM, Finance, Group SME Banking, and IT.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in SME Banking, Customer Experience Management, and business development.
* Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office.
